Insurances Accepted
At Outlive, your care is guided by your individual needs — not by insurance restrictions. Because your health deserves care that’s flexible, affordable, and centered entirely around you.
We will soon proudly accept government-based insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, and VA benefits, and offer straightforward, affordable pricing for all other patients. For those with private insurance, we’re happy to provide detailed receipts (superbills) so you can submit for reimbursement through your insurance provider.
This practice model allows us to focus on what truly matters: your health, your goals, and your progress. We also offer payment plans and membership options designed to make regular care more accessible and help you save on ongoing treatment plans.
